Our Executive Team
iTVX was formed in 2001 in response to the growing trend towards product
placement in the entertainment industry, most notably in television. Frank Zazza, one of the
early pioneers of the product placement industry, developed the iTVX Expert System to help
quantify what was previously considered a qualitative advertising practice. Over the past several
years, iTVX has emerged as the global leader in the field of product placement valuation measuring
the evolution of product placement from TV to Film to web and mobile content.
Frank M. Zazza: CEO and Founder
Frank Zazza is CEO and Founder of iTVX , has the responsibility for global marketing,
strategic relationship development, and product leadership efforts across the company. His primary goal is
to foster the vision of making iTVX the global standard for measuring branded entertainment. Known as, "the
pioneer in product placement" his career spanned over 25 years, orchestrating over 100,000 TV and Film
placements. He has received numerous prestigious awards for creative placements and captured the attention
of the press, having been widely quoted in over 500 national and international magazines. In 1994, as the
industry started to evolve, he appeared on "Dateline" with Jane Pauley as the marketing expert on product
placement. Zazza has embraced academia as the new media future, speaking at numerous Universities including
Wharton Graduate and the Columbia Graduate Business School, where he received "The Apple for Teacher Award"
voted by the students as the best guest speaker. He is an avid table tennis and tennis player with
championships from The New York Athletic Club, also a board member of The New Rochelle Police Foundation.
Stephene Kelley: Chief Strategic Officer
Ms. Kelley joined iTVX in 2006 to spearhead the formation of a new strategic
direction that was focused around taking the existing iTVX service and developing new products and
applications so iTVX would have a more diversified revenue stream. She was also responsible for the
restructuring of the operational and accounting practices, and instituting plans and goals allowing
iTVX to better understand the cost of offering the various services while allowing iTVX to manage cash
flow so sound business decisions can be made.Before joining iTVX, Ms. Kelley operated a strategic
consulting service specializing in helping foreign companies locate strategic partners in the US.
She has worked with companies such as Hakuhodo (Japan), HDY Media Partners (Japan), Video Research (Japan),
Centro Digital (Hong Kong), Teletrax (England), DataCheck (Latin America), and Front Line, Inc. (Japan).
In addition Ms. Kelley was President of WorldTrax Media, a pioneering Video Verification service. Prior to
WorldTrax Media, she was Executive Vice President of Initiative Media, responsible for analyzing their
internal accounting and operational controls and developing new systems to identify and speed up payment
of invoices with discrepancies.Ms. Kelley holds a BS in Psychology and Applied Science from Portland
State University and has done graduate work at The University of Oregon and Portland State.
Gary Cogland: VP Business Development and Sales
Mr. Cogland joined iTVX in early 2005 with over 16 years of media and advertising
experience. Starting his career at Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution in 1988, Mr. Cogland
has shaped his career to include positions at leading advertising agencies handing media buying
responsibilities for advertisers such as Kraft Foods, Sara Lee, Mitsubishi Motors and Taco Bell.
Following his agency tenure, Mr. Cogland spent several years on the media sales side of the advertising
business, selling national network airtime for Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite and TV Land.In the years
immediately preceding his joining iTVX, Mr. Cogland held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing
for PVI Virtual Media Services.Mr. Cogland is a graduate of St. John’s University where he focused his
studies on Communications and Business.
Karin Searle: Director of Operations
A New Rochelle native, Karin Searle is the Director of Operations at iTVX where she
passionately oversees the quality and continuity of all reports. She produces a weekly feature for
MediaPost entitled, “The Featured Product Placements of the Week.” Her film and TV experience started
as a district manager for Blockbuster and in domestic distribution for Twentieth Century Fox. A true
believer in the effectiveness of product placement, Ms. Searle bought a Mini Cooper after seeing the film,
“The Italian Job.”She graduated from Fordham University with a degree in History and Political Science,
and is a Marketing Communications Masters Candidate at Iona College.
Boris Vychodil: Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Vychodil is a computer industry veteran with over two decades of experience.
Starting his career at Duke University, he lead the effort to automate business processes and upgrade
infrastructure for the Duke Library System. Since then, he has done software and infrastructure consulting
based primarily on Microsoft technologies and platforms in a wide variety of industries. He has had
10 year associations with companies relating to the media advertisement business. He started this
association with Worldtrax Inc. where he worked on software to collect broadcast information on commercial
advertisements in over the air television broadcast. Subsequently he joined Datacheck USA, another company
that monitors commercial advertisements and product placements, where he enjoys consulting on issues
relating to software and company infrastructure. Mr. Vychodil is a graduate of University of Kansas.
